Tips 1: BMI saya sebelum pregnant = 18.1 (underweight lol ;D)
Tips 2: Berat masa pregnant = 57kg (kini) tapi berat yang dicadangkan 61.6-65.68kg
Conclusionnya: saya kurang berat badan tak kira sebelum pregnant atau sedang pregnant....
